Goals - Educate, join the dots and save lives.
Alison's goal is to upskill as many people as possible around domestic abuse and stalking- risk and responses.
The passion for educating around stalking and domestic abuse comes from meeting and working with numerous victims whose lives are hugely impacted by domestic abuse on a daily basis.
Alison has been inspired by the bravery and campaigning of several parents who have sadly lost their children to stalking. Tricia Bernal (AAFDA), John & Penny Clough, Nick Gazzard and Clive Ruggles and his family - alicerugglestrust.org.
Survivors including Helen Pearson, Imre Marton, Zoe Dronfield and Sam Taylor - Veritas Justice are also the reason Alison wants to create SDAST's training programme.

A friend, mentor and co trainer, ex DCI John Trott, said to Alison before she set up S-DAST -
"There are more perpetrators out there than trainers."
Hence why it is important to do this work and to encourage and support others also training and educating in this specialist area.
Thank you John Trott from Abuse Free Life for reminding me of this."
